Getting the most from RepRise

How do I begin a workout?

Open the Workout tab and select Begin Workout. Name the workout, add exercises, and enter your weight and repetitions. Finish Workout saves the recorded sets.

How do I add an exercise?

Inside an active workout, select Add Exercise. Search the exercise library or create a custom exercise if the exercise is not listed.

How do I reuse a workout?

After completing a workout, choose Save as Template. Saved templates appear on the Workout screen and can be edited before beginning a new session.

How does the Previous column work?

The Previous column shows the corresponding completed set from the most recent workout containing that exercise. When available, tap the previous value to copy it into the current set.

How do I resume an unfinished workout?

Open the Workout tab and select Resume Workout from the Workout in Progress card.

How do I log an older workout?

Open History and select Log Past Workout. Choose the date, enter the exercises and completed sets, and save it.

Where is my workout data stored?

RepRise stores workout information locally on your device. RepRise does not require an account.

How do I change between pounds and kilograms?

Open Settings and choose Pounds or Kilograms under Weight Unit.

How do I export my workout history?

Open Settings and select Export Workout Data.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings and select Delete All Workout Data. You may also remove locally stored App data by deleting RepRise from your device, subject to your device’s backup settings.

The rest timer is not making a sound. What should I check?

Confirm that timer alerts are enabled in RepRise Settings and that the device’s sound, Focus, and notification settings permit alerts.

Does RepRise provide medical or fitness advice?

No. RepRise is a general workout-logging tool and is not a substitute for advice from a physician, physical therapist, certified trainer, or other qualified professional.
