RepRise: Workout Tracker (“RepRise,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, visit the RepRise website, or contact support.
1. INFORMATION STORED BY THE APP
RepRise allows users to record information such as:
- Workout names
- Exercises
- Sets
- Weight
- Repetitions
- Workout duration
- Exercise and workout notes
- Workout templates
- Progress and personal-record information
- App preferences
This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
RepRise does not require users to create an account.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
RepRise does not use developer-operated servers to collect or store workout information.
RepRise does not use:
- Advertising trackers
- Third-party analytics
- Cross-app tracking
- Location tracking
- Contact-list collection
- Data brokers
- Behavioral advertising
RepRise does not access or collect Apple Health or HealthKit information unless that functionality is added in a future version and this Privacy Policy is updated.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, including your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
We may use this information only to:
- Respond to your request
- Investigate technical issues
- Improve RepRise
- Maintain appropriate support records
Do not include sensitive medical or financial information in a support email.
4. WEBSITE PRIVACY
The RepRise website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, contact forms, or behavioral tracking.
The website may be hosted by a third-party hosting provider, such as GitHub Pages. The hosting provider may process limited technical information, including an IP address or server request, as necessary to deliver and secure the website under its own terms and privacy policy.
RepRise does not use those hosting logs to identify or track individual visitors.
Selecting an email link opens the visitor’s email application. Any email sent is governed by the Support Communications section above.
5. APPLE SERVICES
Apple may independently process information relating to App Store downloads, purchases, crash reports, diagnostics, device information, or use of Apple services according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
That information is controlled by Apple unless it is specifically made available to us.
6. NOTIFICATIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES
RepRise may use local notifications, sounds, or haptic feedback for features such as workout timers.
These features are scheduled and processed using capabilities provided by the user’s device.
Users can manage notification permission through iOS Settings.
RepRise does not use notifications for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
7. DATA CONTROL AND DELETION
Because workout data is stored locally, users can manage or delete it using controls available within the App.
Users may also remove locally stored App data by deleting RepRise from their device, subject to the device’s backup and restoration settings.
If RepRise includes an Export Workout Data feature, exported files are controlled by the user after they are created, saved, or shared.

We may retain limited correspondence when reasonably necessary to:
- Resolve a dispute
- Maintain security
- Comply with legal obligations
- Document a support issue
8. DATA SECURITY
RepRise is designed to minimize data collection and keep workout information on the user’s device.
No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and any workout files they export.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
RepRise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a support communication may contact us to request its deletion.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Users may access RepRise from countries with different privacy laws.
By voluntarily contacting support, users understand that their communication may be processed in the location where we operate or where our email service provider processes information.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when RepRise’s features or legal obligations change.
The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate method when required.
