Face ID isn't working

If you are unable to unlock the app:

My Recurring Expenses aren't showing up

Recurring expenses are generated based on the "End Date" you selected. If they are missing for a future month, navigate to that month in the dashboard to trigger the generation of new items.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is my data backed up to the cloud?

A: Your data is stored locally on your device. However, if you have iCloud Drive enabled for your device, Apple may automatically back up your app data to your personal iCloud account. We (the developers) do not have access to this data.

Q: Can I export my data?

A: Currently, BudgetMe is designed for on-device tracking. We are working on a CSV export feature for a future update.

Q: I forgot my passcode. What do I do?

A: For your security, we cannot reset your passcode remotely because we do not store it. If you are locked out, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. Warning: This will delete your locally stored budget history unless you have a device-level backup.

Q: Is the app free?

A: Yes! BudgetMe is completely free to use with no hidden subscriptions.
