Batch Compress Videos is designed as a privacy-first utility. We do not require account registration, and we do not host any cloud servers for video processing.

• Video Data: All video compression occurs locally on your device. Your videos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud for processing.
• Metadata: The app may read creation dates and GPS metadata only to preserve them in the compressed output. This data does not leave your device.
• Temporary Files: Any temporary files created during compression are stored locally in an app-specific directory and cleared automatically.

2. System Permissions

To provide core functionality, Batch Compress Videos may request the following permissions:

• Photo Library: Used to browse, select, and export videos. We only access the items you select (subject to your iOS permission choice).
• Location: Used only to preserve original GPS tags in your compressed files (if present), so your media stays organized.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To keep Batch Compress Videos available for free, we may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Third-party providers may collect information such as:

• Device identifiers (such as the IDFA, if enabled) and approximate location data.
• Usage data related to ad interactions.
• Note: You can control ad tracking and personalization in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security.

4. Legal Rights & Compliance

Under regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, users have rights regarding their personal data. Because Batch Compress Videos does not maintain user accounts and does not store your videos on servers, we generally do not have personal content data to access, sell, or delete upon request.
